Top 10 best engines from 1999 to 2019
The Engine is a vital part of the car. A car can be liked or disliked just because of its engine. Engines need some real credit for the success of a car. International Engine of the Year Award does just that. Having celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2018, the people behind the awards decided to do a 'Best of the Best' awards. This is an award that recognises all the overall winners over the illustrous 20-year history of the awards. You might agree or disagree with this list, but it is what it is.

Familiar with the old Polo GTi, the supercharged and turbocharged engine four-cylinder engine is the most worthy entry of the list.
