This is going to be the same, a few interested parties run for a year or two and then bow out once they have spent a gazillion dollars winning the Championship.
No, they are not road legal. But you have some manufacturers like Aston Martin who is making road legal Valkyrie and is planing to join WEC with race version of Valkyrie.
