Toyota's tribute to their history of rally racing at Mega Web in Toyko.
Toyota WRCJoshua Reach posted in Rally Community4y ago2K Award- I had the pleasure of visiting Mega Web (Toyota City Showcase) in Tokyo this year. The featured exhibit in the museum was a walkthrough of the Toyotas WRC history - showing off the cars they've created, prototyped and even raced.- It started with their first take on WRC in the 50's.- And ended with their latest car.- The 80's were an interesting time for the MR2, especially this one which sadly never made it beyond prototyping. - It was crazy seeing these cars in person after growing up playing them in video games like Gran Turismo. - The Corolla WRC prototype.- Some cars were left in their original state after running. It added an interesting connection seeing how brutal the races can be. Toyota's tribute to their history of rally racing at Mega Web in Toyko. Award Joshua

group S MR2. awesome. I had a road st 185. it was a lovely car, and a great rally car. Let's hope the new one lives up to the older ones.
@C.J. yeah! The MR2 was definitely one of my favorites.
This is great! The prototype MR2 is insane looking!
