Two Of Only Three Sians Destined For UK Land In London
Are you guys Sian this?
The Lamborghini Sian is the Italian manufacturer's first-ever hybrid-powered car, and it was revealed to the world in 2019. It's powered by a 6.5-liter V12 that is helped out by a 48-volt e-motor, giving it a grand total of 807 hp and making it one of the most powerful hybrid cars created so far. Just 63 of these cars are to be built, making them super-duper-uber exclusive, and only three are to be delivered in the United Kingdom. Two have now been delivered to their customers, thanks to Lamborghini London and H.R. Owen.
And obviously, since Lamborghini likes to appeal to your inner six-year old, the Sian swaps conventional lithium-ion batteries with a lightweight supercapacitor. Even though not being a Back to the Future whatchamacallit, the system is fully charged every time the vehicle brakes, powering the engine. The system is light, too, with a total weight of 34 kilograms/75 pounds, Lamborghini claims it’s three times lighter and three times more powerful than a lithium-ion system.
But that's far from the only tech on the Sian. It features active aerodynamics, titanium intake valves, and a carbon-fiber monocoque to make it one of the most advanced Lamborghinis to ever hit our roads.
As mentioned earlier, only 63 of these cars are going to be made and only 3 of them are going to find their way into the UK. Each one is customized according to the owners' wishes by Lamborghini’s design center, and these two cars have gone through a lot of customization. There is a much lighter version, finished in what's called Grigio Nimbus and it features an exposed carbon roof, plus Rosso Mars accents. It is in stark contrast to the much darker version that has also been delivered.
The darker car, meanwhile, comes with Nero Helene bodywork and exposed carbon fiber on the hood, front lamp, fenders, and engine cover. That dark look is highlighted by accents and decals in Oro Electrum, which is also used within the alloy wheels. Even the tires are bespoke designs from Pirelli, marked out by their white detailing. As with the other car, the interior mirrors the bodywork, with Nero Ade base leather and Oro Electrum stitching and highlights. Those are some sick specs.
