Love it or hate it's where we are at in the industry atm.
So on one side of the strip is the Porsche Macan Turbo Performance Pack equipped with twin-turbo 3.6-litre V6 with 434bhp propelling it to 62mph in 4.4 seconds. On the other side, we have the Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 S with a twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 with 503bhp allowing it a ballistic 3.8 second 0-62mph. So which do you think will win?
Well was there ever any wonder about this? The Merc has two cylinders and 71bhp over the Macan, leaving it only with the weight advantage at round 2000kgs the baby Porsche SUV is 10kg lighter than the brute from Stuttgart. Perhaps more substantially the Porsche is also some £7k cheaper than the Merc making it actually quite appealing for 'just' £69,505 given its performance and top of the range spec
