The stunning BMW 8 series has barely arrived in many countries. Many companies, however, started tuning the heck out of it. I am not complaining though, these companies are doing a fantastic job. Take AC Schnitzer for example: German tuner AC Schnitzer has had BMW's 3,0-litre inline-six oil-burner tuned. The result? This engine now delivers over 370 bhp and 780 N.m torque.
Furthermore, Manhart has come up with its own package for the M850i and called it the MH8 600. Carmag claims the MH8 600 retains the Munich-based brand’s N63 twin-turbo 4,4-litre V8. This engine pushes its peak outputs over 600 bhp and 870 N.m torque!
From the images above we also see a 20 mm drop in ride height via an H&R lowering kit. Furthermore, downforce is improved with the addition of a carbon-fibre front splitter and rear spoiler. Then, of course, there is Manhart's iconic gold decal design.
And yes, this model will go on sale. According to Carmag, this package will be available by the first quarter of 2019. They continue to say that the upcoming M8 (which BMW earlier in 2018 confirmed would have more than 440 kW) is also set to debut in 2019.
What are your thoughts? Would you buy AC Schnitzer's version of the BMW 8 series, or would you rather buy Manhart's M8 package? Vote down below.
