After Friday's shock announcement that nine-time MotoGP champion Valentino Rossi had suffered a broken leg, the same question was on everyone's mind.
Is this the end for the GOAT?

Let's not forget the thirty-eight year old has been here before - in 2010 he broke the same leg during a practice session at Mugello.
Initial reports state a recovery time of four to six weeks, meaning he'll miss Misano and Aragon, but could possibly be back to race at Motegi on October 15th. Back in 2010, Rossi returned to riding a MotoGP bike within six weeks, although he's now seven years older.
He made use of a hyperbaric chamber to speed up the healing process, as well as a set of colour coded crutches to get on and off his bike.
