VLF Force 1 V10 - extremely rare Viper-based supercar

The car is for sale and was built for Henrik Fisker.

A very unusual and unique car appeared on the Canepa auction portal. To buy is a VLF Force 1 V10 from 2018, which was built especially for Henrik Fisker, the person who designed the car.

The car is not an original VLF creation, but rather a rebuilt Dodge Vipper. The car has been given a completely new look, and the whole body has been made of carbon fibre, which has reduced the weight to about 1540 kg. The interior features a new Alcantara finish, a new steering wheel and several original details.

The car is powered by the same 8.4-litre V10 engine, but it is not without modification. The cylinders and camshaft were replaced, resulting in 755 hp and 865 Nm of maximum torque. The power is transferred directly to the rear axle via a 6-speed manual gearbox. In terms of performance, the VLF Force 1 V10 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3 seconds and the maximum speed is 351 km/h (218 mph).

Only 50 cars in total was planned to be made. However, not everything went as the manufacturer expected and eventually only 5 units of this unique supercar were produced.

  • It actually looks like an angry version of a squinting Mazda MX-5...

His design somehow gets worse every year... I mean, he was the guy who designed the Z8 and the Vantage!
