As part of our ongoing commitment to gender equality, Porsche is holding its next Girls’ Day on 26 March 2020. The special annual event invites 30 girls in grades eight and nine to get an insight into sports car production and training opportunities at Porsche Leipzig. In addition to a factory tour, the participants will complete various practice roles at the facility and exchange information with apprentices about their daily routine.

"For many years, we have been using Girls' Day as an opportunity to get young women interested in science and technology at an early stage and to motivate them to apply for vocational training at the Leipzig plant," says Kay Franke, Head of Vocational Training at Porsche Leipzig. Registrations can be made at www.girls-day.de.
