Watch a golf buggy accomplish a zero star NCAP safety rating
The Euro NCAP rating is the industry standard for crash testing the latest and greatest vehicles to make sure they're ready and safe for road use.
A golf buggy isn't exactly known to be a great feat of engineering, so it's no surprise that colliding one into a solid wall at 50kph isn't going to be pretty.
With no doors and no front or rear windscreens, it's fair to say the poor dummy takes one hell of a battering, resulting in a zero star safety rating for the electric buggy. If you thought some shoddily-built passenger cars were unsafe, a golf cart takes things to a whole knew level of danger.
