Unbe-friggin'-lievable. Hammering on a lone woman's car window and swearing at her is not a wise move if you're going anywhere near the police shortly thereafter. If you have a grievance about someone's conduct on the road, there are the correct channels to go through to report it. Shouting the odds like some damned vigilante is not one of them. Recording the threatening behaviour towards someone who is, for all intents and purposes, on her own property is doubly stupid.

Granted, she is being not a little daft. Yet the law clearly states that bringing a charge of driving without due care and attention is in the judgement of the police officer. Unless I'm mistaken, that cyclist isn't a police officer.
To eat a bowl of cereal with a spoon when driving is the most stupid behavior that I have ever seen. One hand holds the bowl and the other holds the spoon. How does she handle the steering wheel? With the thighs of her legs? She is dangerous for other drivers and for herself. And she is also dangerous for the upholstery of the seats and for her own clothes. She is a silly driver.
