Watch: Is this the quickest crash in Nürburgring history?

We think it might be...

The Nürburgring is Germany's most famous race track and is not to be joked around on. Its high-speed straights and sharp corners make it incredibly dangerous for beginner and amateur drivers, resulting in a lot of crashes every single year.

However, this crash isn't your typical 'Ring incident. This footage from Misha Charoudin, Nürburgring instructor and YouTuber shows what can happen when you have too much power being sent to the rear wheels.

In this short video clip, Misha is driving a Porsche behind a couple of other cars, and before they even enter the track, a Mercedes C63 AMG up ahead spins out of control while exiting the cones and drives straight into the wall.

The worst part is, the track appears to be dry, so they can't even blame the rain on any misfortune. Our only guess is that the driver got a little too confident and whacked it into race mode, turning the traction control off. A rookie error to make.
