The Devel Sixteen has to be one of the most interesting hyper cars on the market. Not due to its performance or even aesthetics, but more-so down to what people think about it.
So far, until now but we'll get to that a bit later, we haven't seen it even drive, and yet the makers claim it will reach speeds of over 300mph. That's faster than any car has gone before. Well now, it seems they may have furthered their proof very slightly. They posted this to their Instagram:

According to Devel, this is only 20% throttle, but I have to say, it moves pretty fast. Its engine also sounds hellish. But what else do you expect from a 3000hp V16? As you might expect, that's plenty of power to hope to pursue the company's target of 320mph, but so far, as Bugatti have already stated, there aren't tyres available to withstand that level of force.
Oh, and that's only the low spec version. A top spec, 5007hp version kitted out with a drag racing transmission will be sold alongside it which will more than likely be faster. But as we all know, we shouldn't count chickens before they've hatched.
