Watch: This Porsche 911 R being rebuilt after crash
Porsche made just 991 of them and they cost a fortune
For those of you in the know, the 2016 Porsche 911 R is the rarest modern day 911 money can buy and they're not cheap either. When new, the R would set you back around £136k but were soon being flipped for around four times that price.
This is an incredibly rare car and this one was in a crash. However, as you will see from the video below, it has been rebuilt to its former glory.
Following the crash, this car sold at auction for 'just' $160,000 (£122,000) which is hundreds of thousands less than other examples on the market. As you can see, the damage looks relatively minor so the fix was possible.
This car had just 619 miles (996 km) on the clock when it was crashed meaning someone is about to have a lot of fun...once it's been fully run-in.
I won't bore you with the details but as you can see from this 20 minute video, it now looks fantastic. It sounds pretty amazing too with thanks to its GT3 RS engine which happens to be mated to a manual gearbox.
