Watch: World's fastest Lego Bugatti Chiron fall apart
When it comes to Lego there are very little builds that is as remarkable as the Technic version of the Bugatti Chiron. The kit costs about $350 with a total of 3,599 pieces to create the 1:8 scale model of the french supercar.
The doors can open, the gearbox works, and the engine under the bonnet even has functioning pistons. The only thing that the the car can't do is actually drive but that wasn't going to stop Donut media from trying.
To reach their goal of 261 mph (420 km/h), put that in scale is about 32.6 mph (52.5 km/h), they equipped the car with a fully-functional electric radio-controlled chassis from the normal Technic build.
Which helped the car get a massive power boost and actual steering control. Although they could only do one run before the car could no longer take the strain.
