Watching the evolution of the BMW M5 is the coolest thing

I admit to being somewhat partial to a BMW M5 because it is, and always has been the ultimate super saloon. I’ve always thought myself to be a bit of a knowledgeable M5 buff aside from the E34 where my memory gets a bit sketchy.

Now though the team at Cars Evolution have filled that Bavarian gap in my knowledge with this very helpful infomercial designed to educate the world on the history of the M5. I don’t want to spoil the video, but it does produce several interesting facts that I’ve never heard of before now.

It also serves as a reminder that BMW did make a pair of M5 badged Wagon’s which is something I want more than anything else on the planet right now.
