We had a lovely trip through the Slovenian and Italian mountain to the Como lake to visit the Concorso d’Eleganza in Cernobbio...There I had the chance to see the most famous of pre-war Alfas, the fastest road car of its times: the 8c 2900b. Clemente Biomdetti reached over 130 km/h average speed on the 1938 Mille Miglia with a 8c 2900. It is amazing even today!
