This is the Renault Kangoo! That handbrake is something very interesting and kind of reminds me o the one there was in the mk2 Renault Megane!
...and...speaking of Mk2 Megane...
Renault is really creative! This, as I said before, is the Renault Megane Mk2 (GT Spec here). That handbrake looks like something that came out of a concept car, which makes it really cool!
Could there exist a "weird" something list without a Citroen? Nah, I don't think so! That thing right there is the 2CV hanbrake, a format which isn't really common in passenger cars.
...still in the same continent...
this is a...Mercedes. Calling this handbrake isn't really correct, is it? In the end it is because even though you'll use only a part of your fingers, the fingers are a part of the hand.
*FLYING TO ANOTHER CONTINENT*
This is the Tesla Model 3. The Model 3's parking brake (I'm going to call it parking brake from now on) is activated (oooh, fancy) through that little lever on sticking out of the right side of the steering column.
*FLYING ANOTHER TIME*
This is the Toyota Prius, many of us love it, many of us hate it. The hand(cof, cof)footbrake, or parking is that little thing next to the area where you rest your feet in long journeys! There are other manufacturers that have foot parking brakes.
This is Japan's first supercar, the Toyota 2000GT and this is probably the fanciest handbrake (here we go again) ever seen. That little chrome thing that protrudes from the real wood of the dashboard is the handbrake!
I hope you liked this small article, which kind of shows how far we came!
Good Bye fellow DTzens!
