I am most looking forward to HAAS because I wanna Mazepin's ego destroyed, and as twisted as it may sound, hopefully his nasty personality will resurface for exposure again.
Honestly, Verstappen/Perez and Leclerc/Sainz are the big ones to me. I voted the Ferrari boys because I am genuinely worries for Sainz. I believe he is a good driver but the 2nd seat at Ferrari is probably just as cursed and toxic as Red Bull's. I just hope he keeps his head high and can survive and give a good performance later in 2022. Perez I think will do well but if he doesn't it really says something about the team. As for the rest:
Alonso is sort of like Alonso VS Everyone. I wouldn't say he has a particular rivalry anymore at this time.
Vettel: I think most people just wanna see how he does in general. Lets see if he can shake of the bad Ferrari mojo.
Ricciardo/Norris I think wont be a strong rivalry per-se. I see Ricciardo beating Norris and nothing really surprising out of it. Norris will improve a lot with a guy like Danny has his teammate.
The others I don't really consider a strong and or competitive rivalry.
I don’t reckon much will change here. There may be talk of “This being the year” etc. But Lewis will win this one again.
Ferrari: Charles Leclerc & Carlos Sainz
This could be interesting. Charles won’t want to give his team leader position up easily. Carlos is no slouch and isn’t the kind of bloke who will accept being a number 2 driver.
Red Bull: Max Verstappen & Sergio Perez
This one. I am looking forwards to seeing. I do rate Max. He’s quick. He’s aggressive and he’s exciting to watch. However, he’s had it far too much his own way since he came on the scene. Partly that’s because he has a habit of destroying his team-mates, but I do wonder how that’ll translate when he does come up against someone that can get close to him, and someone who will have no issues in trying to get in his head and rattle his cage. Is Sergio that man? Well, he will know that an inferior performance against Max will finish his F1 Career. Checo has nothing to lose.
McLaren: Daniel Ricciardo and Lando Norris
This pairing is almost certain to be a fan favourite and a sponsor's delight. Both are quick. Both are aggressive, and both have a jokey personal nature that goes down a storm with fans. However, under the jovialities, both have a serious side when it comes to racing and they’ll want to beat each other. Hopefully, they won’t fall out!
Alpine: Esteban Ocon & Fernando Alonso
Quite simply. Esteban must beat Fernando here. He was the Mercedes Protégé, but a year out and a less than stelar season against Danny Ric has him on the back foot. As for Fernando, it’ll be interesting to see if the Old El Matador returns. If he does, Alonso will be very tough to beat.
Aston Martin: Sebastian Vettel & Lance Stroll
This will be the one for me. Sebastian has come out of Ferrari having failed to secure a world title with the Scuderia. He’s also come of the back of two straight beatings by Charles Leclerc. He cannot afford to lose against Lance. Lance is going to have a tough time shaking off the Daddy’s Boy tag. Even if he doesn’t, many will perceive that he will get the preferential treatment and equipment because his Dad owns the team.
AlphaTauri: Pierre Gasly & Yuki Tsunoda
Not much to say on this one. Yuki will need to prove himself or be out once Honda’s funding disappears. Pierre was one of the standout performers of 2020, so it will be a tough ask.
Alfa Romeo: Kimi Räikkönen & Antonio Giovinazzi
Bwoah
Haas: ****** ******* & Mick Schumacher
I hope that Mick’s defeat of his teammate is a total domination and complete humiliation.
Williams: George Russell & Nicholas Latifi
I expect this to be no different to my slightly overweight and unfit self, challenging the superb Shannon Courtenay to a Boxing Match

Oh yes. Could not agree more.

Weirdly, I'm excited for Gasly vs Tsunoda.
