What's the greatest Japanese performance car ever?
It’s that time of the week again, where I ask you guys to decide between a select group of speed machines. But first, it’s time for the results from last week...
After 720 votes, the winner is the Ford GT. And yes, I did vote for the Shelby GT350R. But anyway, onto this week’s battle!
This week, we’re asking: what’s the greatest Japanese performance car? In an interesting twist however, I’m asking voters to consider all generations of each car instead of just the current one. So, while I may use a picture of the Skyline GTR R34, base your decision on all versions of the GTR right up to present.
The contenders for this title are: the Toyota Supra, the Mazda RX-7, the Nissan Skyline GTR, the Mitsubishi Evo, the Subaru Impreza WRX STI, and the Honda NSX. There’s also a “something else” option for if those cars aren’t what you have in mind when you think of the greatest Japanese performance car of all time.
So get voting, leave a comment, and be sure to check back next Monday to see which of these cars wins.
