Which is the most controversial car of recent times according to you?
We need to talk!
Notwithstanding 2020 being a dismal year for the entire automobile industry, manufacturers have been on a binge launching new products, particularly in the EV sector and unraveled several enticing concepts as well.
However, in the bid to appease the most demanding section of the society, there have been moves that didn't work out well. For instance, the Mercedes-Benz EQC, which is already tagged an ailing product by some people as it didn't spur stiff competition to challenge Tesla, the leader in the EV space. In my opinion, it is the most controversial car as a skosh of people believe that at least it was the fountainhead in launching the German marque in the electric vehicle scenario. I would appreciate the EQC though for what it is and the way it looks. But the opinions are so divided on this that I am not able to decide whether to call it a hit or a flop.
What do you think is the most controversial car of the neoteric era?
I would say it is the Cybertruck.
All Teslas, the company has managed to create single-handedly the most controversial cars and technology.
The new Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Well the reason why i think the new Jeep Grand Wagoneer it's controversial is because of its design. The wood trim looked more cool on older models and i don't think it fits on modern design.
Probably the new supra. I mean it is based of the BMW z4 and supra fanboys are calling it sacrilege. Not to say that I don't like it. I really have no problem with it being based of a BMW.
It has to be the Tesla Model 3. So many people complaining about issues, price, etc.
