Nobody said he took out Vettel, but Stroll got hit by Seb, moaned about it, then did the exact same thing himself. Makes it marginally more dimwitted in my opinion. Only marginally though.
To be honest, I think it's a tie between Ferrari for failing to hire a strategist for (at least) most of the season and Gene Haas/Guenther Steiner for not having the plums to sack Grosjean , never mind keeping him for next year..

Vettel really did have some memorable moments this year xD
Vettel rejoined the track and took Stroll out at Monza, not the other way around...
Stroll then came back onto the track in an unsafe manner after.
