Schumacher going into an F1 car now would seem really premature. He's come on remarkably in the second half of this season and seems like he has great potential, but going too soon might be a bit of a curse. He already has a huge amount of pressure on his shoulders purely because of his name and the last thing anyone would want to see is him not being able to respond to it due to inexperience
Albon isn't doing himself any favours by signing a contract with Nissan and then immediately turning around and discussing things with other teams.
