There's is no and shouldn't be any discussion about this bus moving cam car stationary.... bus at fault for insurance purposes
A bus of that size shouldn't be reversing on a road without a banksman, the driver reversed into another road without checking to see if it was clear. The driver didnt't even realise they had done it, wheres the debate for who was wrong? It was clearly fhe bus driver.
Driver of bus at fault failed to check what's was behind and check the junction before that
If all parties we're insured there would be no issue. If ya on the road be it on a fuckin bike, horse, dog, squirrel, donkey, parrot, fish or even a pool table you should have insurance. And no helmet (safety gear) is no different to driving without MOT.
