I’m not convinced that Honda will bring the power and reliability needed in 2019 for Verstappen to win, nor do I think has Max matured enough yet. The chassis should be ok. At Ferrari, if Le Clerc troubles Vettal, then that would only play into the hands of Hamilton and I don’t really see that LeClerc is yet WDC ready himself. Sebastian is no slouch and even if LeClerc actually gets the upper hand, I think Vettel will be taking points from Charles. So... with a solid rear gunner in Bottas, Hamilton looking like he’s at the peak of his career and little sign of his prowess abating, it’s tea Mercedes’ to lose. If they maintain their position in the development race or even improve with respect to Ferrari, given their stoic approach, I think we will see a repeat of 2018 and I’d even go as far to wager 2020 will be the same and will see Hamilton as statistically the GOAT

Sadly it will probably be another boring season with Mercedes dominating the races once again. :-(
