Widebody Liberty Walk Lexus LC500 is going to cause a debate

Yay or nay? Hot or not? Brilliant or Blasphemy?

Lexus never managed to recapture the magic of the LFA but in truth, they probably didn't even try. The LC500 is the closest you can get in terms of shape and even though it's not even in the same conversation in terms of excitement and performance, it is at least a good-looking car. And that's where Japanese tuner Liberty Walk comes in the picture because they've made much, much wider and more conspicuous. And that's exactly the sort of thing you either completely fall in love with or totally hate.

They didn't do anything to the engine because this is basically just a body kit, but they certainly thre everything but the kitchen sink when it comes to cosmetic modifications.

The new kit features AirRex suspension which can be lowered at the touch of a button and raised back up again. They've also given it a very exuberant front splitter and flared wheel arches along with new side skirt extensions.

Other things? Well, it comes with a set of intriguing matte black 6-spoke wheels, a new carbon diffuser, a ducktail spoiler and titanium quad tailpipes.

Not my jam, to be honest, but I know a lot of people like it. What do you think?

  • Yes yes yes, thats all very well and good...

But on a side note, I was just driving in traffic, as one does, and infront of me flew one of these.. then it flew alongside my car, I looked at the speedo and it indicated 30km/h, so now we all know, Indian Mynah's can fly at 30km/h.

  • It looks like a car Darth Vader would only drive. It’s sick! I like it!
