I knowa couple on local levels; just do it for fun and have no desire to be famous. Danica Patrick is probably one of the best known current in the USA; but she just retired.

I found out her name is Prestin Persson, and she is a Stunt Driver. Is Stunt Driving motorsport? 🤔

RIGHT!!! I was going to mention some but everyone I had in mind left a while ago or Patrick - just recently.
And of course Vicky Butler-Henderson, though maybe she's unknown outside UK. Does a lot of TV presenting of motoring shows but is a very capable race driver the rest of the time. Not sure whether she's a professional racer though.
She is a racing driver. I added her anyway since I added Sabine, too.
Just drivers? Any interest in the motorcyclists? In the UK both Maria Costello and Jenny Tinmouth are well known on the road-racing scene, both have ridden in the Isle of Man TT - probably one of the scariest challenges in motorsport. There are some notable riders in motocross too, but can't remember names at the moment.
