Volkswagen intends to open a new chapter in its history with the ID.3. This electric compact car will give rise to a large family of electric vehicles for the German brand. Among these future vehicles, there may be a station wagon, and this is what the graphic designer Kleber Silva wanted to represent using the ID.3 as a basis. The result is convincing.
Silva simply extended the roof of the electric compact to the rear. This part is now very vertical and completely new. A third window has of course been added and the whole thing looks very coherent. The overall design of the car is even more interesting than the one of the Golf or the Passat Estate.
At the last LA Auto Show, Volkswagen unveiled the superb ID. Space Vizzion Concept, which is none other than the station wagon version of the ID.3. This vehicle is the seventh concept built on the brand's MEB platform and prefigures a production model that will be sold in Europe, but also in North America.
This XXL station wagon concept, for its part, adopted an extravagant design with lights integrated into the front grille. The vehicle had a 275 hp rear engine. An additional front engine is available for a total output of 355 hp. Volkswagen announces a range of 370 miles according to the WLTP norm.
