You have to love an RS. More hardcore than the 993 RS, the 964 RS enticed me away from the wide arch beauty of the 964 Turbo 2 - largely because of the lithe Recaros. The turbo's lardy electric seats might well have been a couple of large anchors, port and starboard of the gear stick. That said, the RS missed a few tricks. Heavy rear window glass, probably left in for rigidity (and despite the wiring being jettisoned). Plus a glovebox light, even when the cabin light had been ditched.
