Jeep has been listening to our prayers and has finally decided to address one of the key problems of the industry: cars are getting grey. The streets are awash with grey cars, grey cars and more grey cars. That’s boring and that’s why the company is now offering the new Tuscadero exterior color on all Wrangler models for a limited time, along with other bright hues such as Gecko, Hellayella, and Snazzberry.
The new pink paintjob is relatively inexpensive, it ‘only’ costs $395, and is available through November.
Jeep has already used all four colours for various models (including the Gladiator, pictured below), but I suspect they did this because Ford recently launched a new color palette for the Bronco, which includes Hot Pepper Red and Eruption Green.
The Tuscadero is available on all Wranglers from the Sport model to the range-topping, 470-hp Rubicon 392, and even the nee PHEV 4xe. Pricing for the 2021 Wrangler starts at $30,565 and you can get dangerously close to $80k with the Rubicon. In the big scheme of things, $395 for a bit of color ain’t too bad.

another car to add to your fleet
Coleman worked closely with Jeep, in Toledo, to come up with this lovely shade of his favorite color. He couldn't decide which model he preferred so Jeep decided to just make it an option across the range.
PINK POWER
"Lovely shade"?! Like in Danny Kaye's song, "in a lovely shade of green". What does a Jeep has to do with pink colour? Ken's gift for Barbie?
I was surprised to look down and see that Coleman didn’t write this article
