    - Flanges to connect the rim halves and the spacers to adjust the rim width.- Moulds to drill the holes in the tyres and the rings to keep the tyres together during the vulcanisation process.

    - ARctic1 bike build - Triple clamps # Part one- Arctic1 bike will get an extreme wide front tyre. That will require wide triple clamps. To check out how wide they need to become and how they fit, I make them from wood first.

    - Thanks to Bongers Bandenservice I have 4 used car rims which I will transfer into aRctic1 rims by welding two of them together with a wide ring in between. - When later on everything is ready an aluminium versions will be make.
