UNVEILING THE SERIES

With a focus on style, performance, and sustainability, to reflect the shared commitment of both brands to automotive culture and the future of driving.

DriveTribe has crafted a robust marketing strategy for MG, designed to enhance awareness of the brand and its key EV models which are featured in the series over the next four months. DriveTribe will be leveraging the best talent to create compelling video content to resonate with their audience.

MAKING A RECORD-SETTING START

There’s no better way to launch this partnership than by establishing a high benchmark. The mission was clear: set the fastest lap time for an electric production car. The first episode features the MG4 X-Power and the MG Cyberster, showcasing their capabilities during a road trip from the iconic Forth Rail Bridge to Knockhill racetrack.

Against the backdrop of one of the UK’s most renowned racing circuits, Ben Collins pushes the MG Cyberster to its limits, achieving a remarkable lap time of 59.95 seconds, surpassing any previous records set by competing models.

“Partnering with MG represents a strategic move for DriveTribe,” said Dave Murdoch, Managing Director of DriveTribe. “MG exemplifies true innovation in the EV sector. Setting the lap record at Knockhill is just the beginning; this collaboration will transform our community’s perception of what electric vehicles can achieve. We’re poised to take this to the next level.”
